HOW IT WORKS
This transformational online coaching course is a six week program. Each Monday, you will receive your lesson in video format, so you can watch when/where you like. Towards the end of the same week, you will join a virtual and interactive group coaching session on Zoom, to answer your questions and apply the concepts learned to your personal experiences.
During each LIVE session, each participant will get to share and be coached on their personal experience and current challenges related to that week's topic. The sessions will be highly interactive between me as your coach, and the other members of the group - which will give you deep insights, knowledge, exercises and resources from a wide variety of sources.
And the added bonus - you get a 1 hour private coaching session with me as well!
