Lisa Ferkul joined Kilmer in August 2024 and currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer of the WNBA Toronto team.
Prior to joining Kilmer Sports Ventures, Lisa served as Chief Commercial Officer at Golf Canada after spending over a decade with Scotiabank, her last position as Director & Head, Canadian Sponsorship Marketing where she led the Hockey and Arts and Culture portfolios. While at the Bank, Lisa was an essential member of the team that negotiated the transformational $800MM MLSE partnership expansion, including the naming rights to Scotiabank Arena, as well as official bank status of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors. As a passionate ally, she also led the evolution of the bank’s hockey strategy launching the hockey for all platform and its supporting advertising campaign.
Recognized in 2017 as one of Canada’s 5 To Watch, an annual recognition of five of the most influential and accomplished Canadians under the age of 40 in the business of sport, Lisa was also acknowledged as one of the most influential women in hockey by the Toronto Star in 2018, and more recently as one of publications’ “Women of Influence” making an impact in the world of sports in 2022.
She’s an active member of the sports marketing industry, holding the position of Vice-Chair on the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada (SMCC), a mentor with the Toronto chapter of Women in Sports & Events (WISE), as well as an advisor with Toronto Metropolitan University’s Future of Sport Lab, a collaborative incubator for sport innovation and research. Lisa is a graduate of Western University (Honours BA, Kinesiology) and earned a Public Relations Post-Graduate Certificate from the Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.

National Business Banking Lead, The Scotiabank Women Initiative
Chris McMartin leads The Scotiabank Women Initiative Business Banking Strategy across Canada. Chris took on this role to help build and enhance a program that helps women overcome the challenges they face on their path to success when starting, sustaining, and growing a business. Chris loves to speak about women entrepreneurs and building impactful relationships; you may have had the opportunity to hear her on one of her podcast interviews or perhaps shared some laughs as she moderated an engaging panel.
Chris joined Scotiabank in 2008 as a Financial Advisor. In 2012 Chris progressed to the role of Business Banking Advisor where she found her passion for Business which she carried with her throughout her career to date.
Chris also has a passion for people which has led her to champion equity initiatives through many diversity, equity and inclusion roles within the bank. Outside of Scotiabank, Chris also sits on the Canadian Women Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board and the Canadian Centre for Women’s Empowerment Committee. Chris believes in the power of mentorship and participates as a mentor for StartUp Canada Women. Chris has been named 2025 Top 25 Women of Influence.
At home Chris leads another team; she is a mom of four. Chris has three young men and a young daughter that keep her on her toes. Chris loves being with her family especially if it is outdoors; add in a campfire and she is very happy!

As the Head of Marketing, CG Canada at Intuit, Gah-Yee Won is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in driving growth for flagship products. Her responsibilities include formulating effective marketing strategies focusing on business model planning, customer segmentation and retention. Additionally, she oversees the creative development, paid media strategy, and analysis of mass media campaigns while leading teams responsible for lifecycle marketing, affiliates, SEO, and content.
Prior to her role at Intuit, Gah-Yee was the Director of Account Management, Agency Operations, and Marketing Channel Strategy at Scotiabank, where she oversaw the in-house creative agency account management team. She also served as the Director of Digital Strategy at MediaCom Canada, where she was responsible for thought leadership and led digital buying for one of the country’s largest advertisers, P&G.
Gah-Yee is a member of the IAB Canada Board of Directors and serves on the Executive Board as Secretary. She has received several prestigious accolades for her achievements in the industry, including being named Ad Club Digital Planner/Buyer of the Year and being nominated for Media Rising Star. Gah-Yee holds a BA Honours in Media, Information, and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario.
